It’s my pleasure and honor to be one of SIT2015 staffs. I have never thought that I could have chance to participate in this kind of program, so I really appreciate to gain this opportunity. It’s my first time to meet so many foreigners in one time. In the beginning, I was a little nervous to talk to them. However, after getting along with them, I know that they are really friendly, kind, and energetic. I was very happy to enjoy every activity with them in the orientation week.

The biggest harvest from the program this time was expanding my personal networks, and this harvest right matched with one of my original intentions for participating into this program. To be honest, it was freaking exhausted in my feeling to host those foreign fellows during camp term, and sometimes I felt like to give up at the time. However, smiles and appreciations from them were the biggest motion for me to keep contributing to this program and serving for those fellows. Although the camp was only five days and quite short, we still built firm relationships with fellows and also had more big fun with them. Devoting to every moment when getting along with people would make us big harvest without doubt.
