Before the camp, I was unconfident about my English speaking skills. When I was recruited as a SIT staff, I worried that I could not be able to communicate or become friends with the American and Canadian fellows. However, after knowing them, I found that they are really easygoing, and their patience and tolerance make me be brave enough to speak English. We also socialized a lot after the orientation week. Coming back to the preparation period, we had meetings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week. Even though, it is a lot of work and very tiresome, especially when we have to wake up at 6am every Wednesday. I still learned many things and got to know a group of great and outstanding partners in SIT. Their thoughts and abilities are astonishing. Anyways, I am really glad to participate in this activity during my last summer vacation. It is a great memory in my life.
